These terms and conditions apply to makeup services provided by Alyssa Whiston ‘Alyssa Elle’ ABN 62326209146 to you. Upon booking a makeup service with Makeup By Alyssa Elle you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

BRIDAL MAKEUP BOOKINGS

Bridal + bridal party makeup bookings require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of 30% to secure your reservation, if this initial payment is not received within 7 days, your date will not be held for you.

A minimum of 4 weeks notice is required to cancel your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. Please use your invoice number and name as reference description when making the payment. Once the deposit has been processed, it is subtracted from your total balance and a second invoice will be sent with the remaining balance to be paid in full prior too or on the date of service.

CANCELLATIONS

All deposits are non-refundable and therefore will not be refunded . Your deposit can be transferred to another booking for yourself, this must be used in the 3 months following. If for any reason you need to cancel your makeup application, please notify me in accordance with your booking details and we can reschedule your booking.

I understand that circumstances change and cancellations are sometimes inevitable, however I am a small business and frequently turn away clients due to unavailability, I have introduced this term to avoid this from happening.

If the number of clients for a destination group booking decreases after deposit is made you will be required to pay 50% of each person cancelled, and travel fee remains the same.

If group bookings fall under the 3 person minimum after being booked but still require a mobile service, the cost of a third person will still be charged in full. 

If within 4 weeks of your wedding date, the number of persons requiring makeup decrease from what was originally booked, you will be charged in full for each person cancelled.

If you cancel without proper notice, or fail to show up on the day of your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to pay the remaining in full.

MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS

All makeup appointments and bridal trials require a $30 deposit, the remaining amount is to be payed in full either prior to or on the day. All deposits are non-refundable and therefore will not be refunded in the case of a cancellation.

Your deposit can be transferred to another booking for yourself, this must be used within the next 3 months. For full cancellation policy please see T&C’s

I will travel on request for a group of 3 or more and require a minimum $30 travel fee within the Forster Tuncurry area and an additional fee per km anywhere exceeding that area. This will be included in your invoice with you $30 deposit/person. The deposit is subtracted from your total balance, and the remaining cost is to be paid in full via bank transfer or on Eftpos on the day.

Please arrive to your appointment on time, with an entirely clean, makeup free and cleansed face.

TRAVEL FEE

A minimum travel fee of $30 is charged to all destination bookings and mobile services. Any area outside of the Forster Tuncurry area is an additional cost per kilometre. If accommodation is required, it will be charged at cost + addition fee.

In terms of bookings from my home studio, there is plenty on free street parking available. Please allocate more time then normal for travel prior to your booking to ensure you are here on time.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Alyssa Whiston requires information on whether the client has allergies or any sensitivities you may experience with products. In no event shall Alyssa Whiston have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes.

You may be required to provide information such as your full name, telephone number, home address and payment details. In the event you do not wish for this information to be collected, you are advised to email makeupbyalyssaelle@gmail.com directly. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information may incur limitations on what services I can provide you. All information provided by you is confidential, it is solely used for the purpose it was collected.

All personal information is securely stored electronically, which only authorised personnel have access to.

OTHER FEES

Early start fee of $30 applies to every hour before 7AM.

Public Holiday bookings: 20% fee will be added to the cost of the booking on Public Holidays ‘Makeup By Alyssa Elle’ is open for.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Alyssa Whiston reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of her make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes - only with your consent, of course!
